Parents ask first — here's how we look after students
Structured supervision, clear accommodation, and a named contact before you commit.
Accompanied throughout the day
Camp days run on a fixed schedule with accompanying staff. Students move as a group for classes, meals and visits — free time is limited and within the program plan, not open city roaming.
Housing confirmed before you pay
Housing is arranged per camp — typically university dorms or partner hotels. Room type, check-in rules and night-time arrangements appear in the program plan before payment.
Language bridge on the ground
On-the-ground support can bridge Mandarin and English; your advisor stays reachable on WhatsApp / WeChat for parents before and during the camp window.
Health notes & on-site response
Allergy and health notes are collected at sign-up. If a student feels unwell, staff follow the camp's response steps and contact the parent emergency number on file. Hospital access depends on the city and camp plan.
Named contact & update rhythm
You'll have a named advisor contact. Ask for the parent update rhythm for your camp — many families prefer a check-in at arrival and key milestones, plus a channel for urgent messages.
